牙本质敏感是口腔临床上的常见病、多发病之一,其发病机制尚不清楚,而且,目前临床上仍没有理想的脱敏方法。激光联合药物脱敏克服了单一脱敏方法的不足,提高了脱敏效果,已成为近年来牙本质敏感治疗研究的焦点。本文对激光联合药物脱敏的研究进展作一综述。 Dentin sensitization is one of the most common and frequently occurring diseases in oral clinic. The pathogenesis of dentin is not clear yet. At present, there is still no ideal desensitization method in clinical practice. Laser desensitization overcomes the deficiency of single desensitization method and enhances the desensitization effect, which has become the focus of dentin sensitization research in recent years. This review summarizes the progress of laser desensitization.
