应激是一种反应模式,当刺激事件打破了有机体的平衡和负荷能力,或者超过了个体的能力所及时,就会体现为压力。生活中的压力是不可避免的,压力过大、过多会损害身体健康,现代医学证明,心理压力会削弱人体的免疫系统,一方面,压力会使我们出现健忘、失眠、疲劳、烦躁、焦虑、头痛等不良情绪反应;另一方面,它可能会导致身心疾病,比如肠炎、偏头痛、心脏病、高血压、皮肤病、癌症等。
