流态化原理早已被应用到化工、采矿等工业领域,近十年来国外在金属热处理的生产技术中,流态层加热也得到了蓬勃发展。流态层加热的加热强度大,在一般电炉中加热速度为10~15℃/分,而在流态层中可达250~400℃/分。另外,还有加热均匀,温差小、成本低等优点。为了提高产品质量,提高生产效率我们研制了以刚玉细粒为流动介质的流态层淬火炉,作了工艺试验与生产上的应用。
The principle of fluidization has long been applied to the chemical industry, mining and other industrial fields. In the past ten years, the fluid layer heating has also been booming in the production technology of metal heat treatment abroad. Fluidized bed heating heating intensity, in the general electric furnace heating rate of 10 ~ 15 ℃ / min, and in the fluid layer up to 250 ~ 400 ℃ / min. In addition, there are uniform heating, small temperature difference, low cost and so on. In order to improve product quality and improve production efficiency, we developed a fluidized bed quenching furnace with corundum fine particles as the flowing medium, and made the application of process test and production.
