以中国传统中药板蓝根和大青叶的原植物菘蓝(Isatis indigotica)为实验材料,首次研究了He-Ne激光对增强UV-B辐射板蓝根与大青叶的品质和热解能的影响。结果发现:(1)与对照相比,激光处理提高了大青叶靛蓝、靛玉红含量和能量积累,UV-B辐射降低了靛蓝、靛玉红含量和能量积累,而UV-B与激光复合辐照使上述参数得到了不同程度的恢复。(2)与对照相比,激光、UV-B辐射和UV-B与激光复合辐射都有利于提高板蓝根中靛蓝、靛玉红含量和能量积累,其效果依次为UV-B>激光与UV-B作用>激光。但就能量积累(焓值)而言,单纯UV-B辐射和UV-B与激光复合辐射都有利提高能量积累,比较而言单纯UV-B辐射效果好于UV-B与激光复合效果,相反单纯激光处理总能量积累有所降低。论文在此基础上讨论了其可能的形成机理。
The effects of He-Ne laser on the quality and pyrolysis energy of enhanced Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis were studied using Isatis indigotica, a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, of Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the control, laser treatment increased indigo and indirubin content and energy accumulation, UV-B radiation reduced indigo and indirubin content and energy accumulation, while UV-B and laser Composite irradiation to the above parameters have been restored to varying degrees. Compared with the control, laser, UV-B radiation and UV-B combined with laser radiation all could improve the indigo and indirubin content and energy accumulation in Radix isatidis, and their effects were UV-B> laser and UV- B Effect> Laser. However, in terms of energy accumulation (enthalpy), both simple UV-B radiation and UV-B combined with laser radiation are beneficial to improve energy accumulation, compared with pure UV-B radiation better than UV-B and laser composite effect, on the contrary Pure laser treatment of total energy accumulation decreased. Based on this, the thesis discusses its possible formation mechanism.
