本文采用硫酸-过氧化氢消解,把有机螯合锰(以乙二胺四乙酸锰钠为例)消解成无机锰,以焦磷酸钠为络合剂,过硫酸钾氧化,银离子催化,把低价锰快速氧化成七价锰,在酸性介质中,七价锰与草酸钠发生氧化-还原反应,终点后微过量的七价锰使溶液呈粉红色,从而确定锰含量。本法操作方便,终点明显,准确度在99.57~100.43%之间,精密度0.32%,临界极差值小于重复性限,是一种实用的方法,适合用于质量分析。

In acidic media, the reaction of ferrous and sodium oxalate takes place in an oxidation-reduction reaction. After the end point, a slight excess of heptavalent manganese causes the solution to be pink, thereby determining the manganese content. This method is easy to operate, the end point is obvious, the accuracy of 99.57 ~ 100.43%, the precision of 0.32%, the critical difference is less than the repetitive limit, is a practical method, suitable for quality analysis.
