目的检测2006-2008年江苏地区鸡、水禽、奶牛、丹顶鹤、猪、实验猴等标本感染空肠弯曲菌及其耐药性。方法采用APICampy System进行生化与分类鉴定,结合弯曲菌多重PCR检测方法对来自江苏地区的禽、牛、猪、猴3 010份标本,检测分离株及其耐药性。结果共检测样本3010份,402份空肠弯曲菌阳性,阳性率13.36%,其中家禽样阳性率15.83%(258/1630);水禽10.40%(52/500);奶牛7.65%(39/510);猪18.75%(30/160);猴15.00%(15/100);丹顶鹤12.50%(10/80);糜鹿0%(0/30)。选择不同宿主来源的108株对10大类27种抗生素高度敏感率的是:氯霉素100%、阿莫西林99.07%、阿米卡星92.59%、头孢噻肟91.67%、阿齐霉素90.74%;高度耐药率的是:头孢哌酮99.07%、复方新诺明99.07%、头孢孟多99.07%、磺胺甲基异噁唑97.22%、头孢拉丁91.67%。结果显示,108株分离株的耐药主要集中在9耐~20耐,占85.19%,猪分离株的多重耐药性较其它宿主来源分离株严重。结论江苏地区空肠弯曲菌的流行和耐药状况呈现多样化和复杂化,不同宿主来源分离株耐药性和多重耐药性存在差异。
Objective To detect the infection of Campylobacter jejuni and its drug resistance in chicken, waterfowl, cows, red-crowned cranes, pigs and experimental monkeys from 2006 to 2008 in Jiangsu province. Methods Biochemical and taxonomic identification was carried out by using APICampy System. Three hundred and ten samples of poultry, cattle, pigs and monkeys from Jiangsu Province were detected by multiplex PCR assay of Campylobacter. The isolates and their drug resistance were tested. Results A total of 3010 samples were tested, of which 402 were positive for Campylobacter jejuni, with a positive rate of 13.36%. The poultry-like positive rate was 15.83% (258/1630), waterfowl 10.40% (52/500), dairy cow 7.65% (39/510) Pigs 18.75% (30/160); Monkeys 15.00% (15/100); Red-crowned Crane 12.50% (10/80); Moose 0% (0/30). 108 highly susceptible strains of 10 kinds of 27 kinds of antibiotics to 10 major types of chickens were selected: 100% of chloramphenicol, 99.07% of amoxicillin, 92.59% of amikacin, 91.67% of cefotaxime, 90.74 of azithromycin %; High rate of resistance are: cefoperazone 99.07%, 99.07% cotrimoxazole, 99.07% cefadoxime, sulfamethoxazole 97.22%, cefradine 91.67%. The results showed that the drug resistance of 108 isolates was mainly resistant to ~ 20%, accounting for 85.19%. The multi-drug resistance of porcine isolates was more serious than other host-derived isolates. Conclusion The prevalence and drug resistance of Campylobacter jejuni in Jiangsu province are diversified and complicated. There are differences in drug resistance and multi-drug resistance among different host-derived isolates.
