采用X射线衍射仪研究不同固化处理对秸秆苯酚液化物纤维原丝XRD特征的影响规律。结果表明:固化处理对秸秆原丝结晶区002晶面衍射峰位置的影响不显著;不同固化处理水平下对秸秆原丝X射线衍射峰强度的影响表现出不同的变化趋势;秸秆原丝002晶面衍射峰强度随着盐酸浓度的增大先提高后降低,随着固化温度的升高先减小后增大,随着固化时间的增长而降低。
X-ray diffraction was used to study the influence of different curing treatments on the XRD characteristics of straw phenol liquefied fiber strands. The results showed that the effect of curing treatment on the diffraction peak position of the 002 crystal face of the strands was not significant. The effect of different curing treatments on the X-ray diffraction peak intensities of strands showed different trend. The intensity of surface diffraction peak firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration, then decreased with the increase of curing temperature and then increased with the increase of curing time.
