目的探讨医学影像科全面质量管理(TQM)体系的建立及临床应用效果。方法确定医院影像科TQM体系目标,建立TQM体系,分析影响TQM体系的各个环节,并于2013年8月至2014年7月使用,将TQM效果与常规管理进行比较。结果 TQM实施后患者等待时间、检查时间、诊断报告发出时间,短于常规管理(P<0.05);TQM实施后医学影像科服务态度、影像质量、患者满意度、管理质量满意度,显著高于常规管理(P<0.05);TQM体系的实施工作人员解决问题能力、沟通能力、合作能力、自信心、凝聚力、拓展思维能力均得到明显提高。同时,TQM体系的实施能极大地提高医学影像科整体管理质量。结论医学影像科建立相对完善的TQM体系,并运用于临床可提高管理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the establishment of TQM system and its clinical application effect. Methods Objectives of the TQM system in the hospital imaging department were established. The TQM system was established, and all aspects affecting the TQM system were analyzed. The TQM system was used from August 2013 to July 2014 to compare the TQM results with routine management. Results After the TQM implementation, the waiting time, examination time and diagnosis report were shorter than the routine management (P <0.05). After the TQM was implemented, the service attitude, imaging quality, patient satisfaction and management quality satisfaction were significantly higher Routine management (P <0.05). The implementation of TQM system staffs’ ability to solve problems, communication skills, cooperation ability, self-confidence, cohesion and expand their thinking ability have been significantly improved. At the same time, the implementation of TQM system can greatly improve the overall quality of medical imaging management. Conclusion The establishment of relatively perfect TQM system in medical imaging department and its application in clinic can improve management quality and be worthy of popularization and application.
