目的:探讨甘蔗叶不同提取物对体外培养的肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法对甘蔗叶提取分离,得到石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和95%乙醇4个提取部位。运用MTT法和集落形成法观察4个提取部位对人胃癌细胞株SGC7901、宫颈癌细胞株Hela、肝癌细胞株BEL7404的生长抑制情况。结果:4个提取部位对3种肿瘤细胞均有一定的抑制作用,其中乙酸乙酯部位的抑制作用最为明显,并在测定浓度范围内呈现良好的剂量依赖性。结论:首次确定了甘蔗叶的体外抗肿瘤作用,乙酸乙酯部位是其主要的活性部位。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of different extracts of sugarcane leaves on the growth of tumor cell lines cultured in vitro. Methods: The system solvent method was used to extract and separate sugarcane leaves, and petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and 95% ethanol were extracted. The growth inhibition of human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901, cervical cancer cell line Hela and hepatocellular carcinoma cell line BEL7404 was observed by MTT assay and colony formation assay. Results: The four extracts had certain inhibitory effect on the three kinds of tumor cells. The inhibition effect of ethyl acetate was the most obvious, and showed a good dose dependence in the concentration range. Conclusion: The in vitro anti-tumor effect of sugarcane leaf is confirmed for the first time. Ethyl acetate fraction is the main active site.
