对常见农作物秸杆原料(如小麦秸杆、玉米秸杆和棉花秸杆等)进行热值及纤维素含量的分析。研究结果表明:采用硝酸-乙醇法测得其纤维素含量分别为37.91%、47.38%和43.66%,经10%Na OH(氢氧化钠)碱处理后的纤维素含量分别为73.93%、82.63%和69.38%。碱处理后农作物秸杆中的纤维素含量均明显提高,这对农作物秸杆中纤维素原料的选择及综合利用等具有一定的参考价值。
Analysis of caloric value and cellulose content of common crop straw raw materials (wheat straw, corn straw and cotton straw, etc.). The results showed that the content of cellulose was 37.91%, 47.38% and 43.66% respectively by nitric acid-ethanol method, and the content of cellulose after treated by 10% sodium hydroxide was 73.93% and 82.63% And 69.38%. Alkali treatment of crop straw in the cellulose content were significantly improved, which straw in the cellulose raw material selection and comprehensive utilization of a certain reference value.
