我厂是生产水泥成套设备、硅酸盐砖厂成套设备、三石设备的中型国营企业,年生产能力近万吨。全厂享有公费医疗的职工4164人,其中包括退休工人138人,技校学生223人。在企业整顿中,我们从实际出发,解放思想,大胆改革公费医疗管理办法,使企业医疗卫生工作由被动变为主动,医疗费用由超支变为节余,提高了医疗质量,并由原来的卫生所发展到初具规模的职工医院,不但满足了本厂职工就医,还做到对外开放。1982年被朝阳市评为卫生防疫工作先进单位。
