我国是世界上稀土资源储量最丰富的国家。经过50多年的发展,我国已成为世界上最大的稀土生产、应用和出口国。在我国稀土企业发展过程中,如何降低企业成本,减少环境污染,增加生产附加值,有效地利用资源,成为主要讨论的议题。构建稀土企业垂直一体化的商业模式也许是解决这些问题的理想途径之一。文章以垂直一体化理论为基础,分析了美国钼矿公司(Molycorp)建立垂直型生产供应链的成因和特点,以此为借鉴,就我国稀土企业发展的特点,提出了构建垂直型一体化商业模式的发展思路。
China is the country with the richest reserves of rare earth resources in the world. After more than 50 years of development, our country has become the world’s largest rare earth production, application and exporter. In the development of China’s rare earth enterprises, how to reduce business costs, reduce environmental pollution, increase production added value, effective use of resources has become the subject of discussion.
