为了解徐州市市售冷食的卫生质量,保障消费者的身体健康,1999年4~5月对徐州市7家大型冷食批发点及3家冷食生产厂,对其生产批发、销售的冷食及生产经营场所的卫生状况及产品的卫生质量进行了调查。其结果报告如下。1 内容与方法1.1 1999年4~5月对徐州市7家冷食批发部、和3家生产经营冷食的单位进行一般卫生学调查。1.2 对7家冷食批发点正在批发销售的冷食及3家冷食生产企业生产的冷食产品采用无菌方法随机抽样冷藏5h内送实验室,按照GB 2759.1—1996冷冰饮品卫生标准分别进行砷、铅、铜、糖精钠、日落黄、柠檬黄、胭脂红、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、细菌总数、大肠菌群、致病菌的测定。
