目的:探讨加替沙星致不良反应的特点及一般规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对1999～2006年国内、外主要医药期刊报道的754例和我院上报的35例加替沙星不良反应进行统计、分析。结果:加替沙星不良反应主要有胃肠道反应、神经系统反应、皮肤及附件损害、糖代谢异常、心血管系统反应、肝毒性、过敏性休克等。结论:临床应重视加替沙星不良反应的危险性。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and general rules of adverse reactions caused by gatifloxacin and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The data of 754 cases reported by major medical periodicals in China and abroad from 1999 to 2006 and 35 cases of gatifloxacin reported in our hospital were analyzed statistically. Results: Adverse reactions of gatifloxacin include gastrointestinal reaction, nervous system reaction, skin and accessory damage, abnormal glucose metabolism, cardiovascular system reaction, hepatotoxicity and anaphylactic shock. Conclusion: The risk of adverse reactions to gatifloxacin should be emphasized clinically.
