目的探讨卷曲霉素在复治菌阳肺结核中的应用。方法回顾性分析180例在复治菌阳肺结核化疗方案中分别应用卷曲霉素(CPM)和链霉素(SM)的资料,探索二者在痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收显效率和空洞愈合率、不良反应和远期细菌学复发率的情况。结果卷曲霉素(CPM)的痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收显效率和空洞愈合率显著高于链霉素(SM),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而前者在不良反应和远期细菌学复发率显著低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CPM应用于复治菌阳化疗方案,可加快痰菌阴转速度,提高痰菌阴转率及X线好转率,降低远期复发率,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the use of capreomycin in retreatment of positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 180 cases of re-treatment of positive pulmonary tuberculosis chemotherapy regimens with capiomycin (CPM) and streptomycin (SM) data to explore the two in the sputum negative conversion rate, the efficiency of absorption of lesions and empty healing Rate, adverse reactions and long-term bacteriology recurrence rate. Results The rates of sputum negative conversion rate, effective rate of lesion absorption and void healing were significantly higher than those of streptomycin (SM) (P <0.05), while the former had no significant difference between adverse reactions and long-term bacteria The recurrence rate was significantly lower than the latter, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions CPM can be used in the regimen of regimen and yang chemotherapy, which can accelerate the speed of sputum negative conversion, improve the sputum negative conversion rate and X-ray conversion rate and reduce the long-term recurrence rate, which deserves clinical application.
