当前绿色建筑因其能在有效满足人们居住舒适要求、提高建筑资源利用率、减少对环境负面影响的同时,在后期运营过程中持续为社会创造出良好的经济效益而颇受青睐,但对其经济效益及外部性等问题一直存有争议。笔者以绿色建筑的全生命期和利益相关者为主线,分别从生命期各阶段以及政府、开发商、消费者等多个角度解析绿色建筑的经济效益,并在综合分析各项影响因素的基础上针对性地提出对策建议,促进绿色建筑的发展与推广。 At present, green buildings are popular because of their ability to meet people’s comfort requirements, improve the utilization of construction resources, reduce the negative impact on the environment, and continue to create good economic benefits for the society in the later operation.
