目的 分析人胰腺癌组织中bax基因的mRNA转录和蛋白表达 ,探讨其在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用。方法 应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学法检测 4 0例胰腺癌和 14例慢性胰腺炎组织的bax表达。结果 胰腺癌组织中bax基因的mRNA水平及蛋白水平的表达分别为 6 5 % (2 6 / 4 0 )、72 .5 0 % (2 9/ 4 0 ) ,明显高于慢性胰腺炎组织。该基因的表达与患者的年龄、性别、TNM分期及组织分化程度无关。结论 在胰腺癌组织中bax基因mRNA转录和蛋白表达结果具有显著一致性 ,该基因在胰腺癌发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To analyze the mRNA and protein expression of bax gene in human pancreatic cancer and explore its role in the development of pancreatic cancer. Methods The bax expression in 40 pancreatic cancer tissues and 14 chronic pancreatitis tissues was detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Results The mRNA and protein expression of bax in pancreatic cancer tissues were 65% (26/40) and 72.5% (29/40), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in chronic pancreatitis. The expression of this gene was not related to the patient’s age, sex, TNM stage and degree of tissue differentiation. Conclusions The mRNA and protein expression of bax gene in pancreatic cancer tissues is significantly consistent with the results of this study. The gene plays an important role in the development of pancreatic cancer.
