介绍了利用YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)高温超导体作为透镜聚焦强流相对论电子束,把超导透镜研制成圆锥形,两端口内径分别为 60mm和 40mm,透镜长100mm,壁厚4mm,其陪衬样品超导特性T_c≥90K, J_c≥150A/cm~2.实验研究采用两套方案,结果表明,超导透镜具有明显的聚焦效果,并可有效控制束流强度分布,使被聚焦电子在束横截面上的强度均匀分布。
This paper introduces the use of YBa_2Cu_3O_ (7-δ) high temperature superconductor as the lens to focus the intense relativistic electron beam. The superconducting lens is developed into a conical shape. The inner diameters of the two ports are 60mm and 40mm, the lens length is 100mm and the wall thickness is 4mm. Conductance characteristics T_c ≥ 90K, J_c ≥ 150A / cm ~ 2. Experimental results show that the superconducting lens has obvious focusing effect and can effectively control the intensity distribution of the beam so that the intensities of the focused electrons in the beam cross section are uniformly distributed.
