工业化时代产生了工业化思维方式,这种社会思维方式渗透到成人高等教育领域,对其办学理念产生了深刻的影响。理想的个性化教育与现实的工业化生产方式,看起来风马牛不相及,但却存在着联系与矛盾。而在理论和实践领域,人们关于课堂面授与人机对话这样的大课题,却忽视了办学理念的探讨,而着眼于办学形式的研究。如同现代工业强调标准化一样,成人高等教育发展到今天,人们把提高办学质量的希望又寄托于标准化上。而标准的制定又涉及到成人高等教育办学水平的评价依据。在这个过程之中,办学自主权又如何体现?本文将对我国成人高等教育办学理念提出几点思考,以求得办学的正确路径。
The era of industrialization produced an industrialized way of thinking. This kind of social way of thinking infiltrated adult higher education and had a profound impact on its concept of running a school. Ideal personalized education and realistic industrial production, it seems irrelevant, but there are links and conflicts. However, in the field of theory and practice, people have neglected the discussion on the concept of running a school and focused on the study of the form of running a school. As modern industry emphasizes standardization, as adult higher education develops today, people have placed their hopes of improving the quality of education on standardization. The standard formulation also involves the evaluation of the educational level of adult higher education basis. In this process, how does the autonomy of running a school reflect? This article will give some thoughts on the concept of running a higher education in our country in order to get the correct way of running a school.
