针对某型飞机飞行参数记录系统音频数据漏记问题,结合BIT故障信息,从飞行参数记录系统音频采集板处理流程和电路设计原理角度,进行了音频漏记故障的机理分析,通过试验验证确定了音频采集板复位不同步是引起音频信号漏记的根本原因。在此基础上,提出了音频采集板DSP芯片和FLASH芯片同复位信号的复位电路设计改进方案。试验室和外场试飞验证了设计改进方案的合理性和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of missing audio data of a certain aircraft flight parameters recording system and combining with the fault information of BIT, the mechanism of the audio frequency omission fault is analyzed from the perspective of the processing flow and circuit design principles of the flight parameter recording system. Through the experimental verification, Audio acquisition board reset asynchronous is the root cause of audio signal missed. On this basis, the design of the reset circuit of the audio acquisition board DSP chip and FLASH chip with the reset signal is proposed. Tests in the field and in the field verify the rationality and effectiveness of design improvements.
