我校地处城郊,规模小、条件差、人员少。长期以来,教师队伍不稳定,教育质量难提高。近几年,随着新课程改革的不断深入,我校选择以校本教研提升教师专业素质,促进提高教育质量的策略,树立“人人都是学习者,人人都是研究者”的理念,积极探索“问题研究课题化,课题研究行动化,行动研究成果化”的校本教研模式,取得了显著成效。
Our school is located in the suburbs, small-scale, poor conditions, fewer staff. For a long time, the teaching staff is unstable and the quality of education is hard to be improved. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, our school has chosen to use school-based teaching and research to enhance the professional quality of teachers and promote the strategy of improving the quality of education. We should establish a strategy of “everyone is a learner and everyone is a researcher.” Philosophy, and actively explore the school-based teaching and research model of “problem-based research project-based research, action research and action research achievements”, and achieved remarkable results.
