不同剂量的肝胆结石片对Ames试验菌株TA_(97)、TA_(98)、TA_(100)、TA_(102)均未发现诱发基因突变作用:在本试验条件下对人体外周血液淋巴细胞染色体无损伤作用,且不具有使中国仓鼠肺成纤细胞染色体畸变频率增加作用。当剂量提高到9g(生药)/kg未引起小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核率的增加,故认为肝胆结石片无致突变作用。
Different doses of hepatobiliary stone tablets did not induce mutations in TA cells (97), TA (98), TA (100), and TA (102) in the Ames test strains. No damage, and does not have the effect of increasing the frequency of chromosomal aberrations in Chinese hamster lung fibroblasts. When the dose was increased to 9g (crude drug)/kg, no increase in the micronucleus rate of the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes was observed, so the hepatobiliary stone tablets were considered to have no mutagenic effect.
