目的评价肥胖、不同糖耐量人群中血浆apelin(APJ endogenous ligand)水平,探讨apelin与BMI、血脂、血糖等的相关性。方法根据糖耐量试验结果,将120例观察对象分为糖耐量正常(NGT)组、糖耐量受损(IGT))组和新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)组。上述三组又按BMI再各自分为正常体重(NW,BMI<25kg/m~2)与超重/肥胖(OW/Ob,BMI≥25kg/m~2)亚组,比较上述三组及各亚组之间血浆中空腹及服用75克葡萄糖后2h apelin的水平,同时检测血糖及血脂,计算BMI。结果三组空腹及糖负荷后2h apelin差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且IGT组和T2DM组的OW/Ob亚组患者apelin水平均高于NGT的OW/Ob亚组。BMI、FPG和SBP是血浆apelin的独立影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论血浆apelin水平与Ob及T2DM有关。
Objective To evaluate the level of plasma apelin (APJ endogenous ligand) in obese and different glucose tolerant population and to explore the correlation between apelin and BMI, blood lipid, blood glucose and so on. Methods According to the results of glucose tolerance test, 120 subjects were divided into two groups: normal glucose tolerance group (IGT), impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (T2DM). The above three groups were divided into two subgroups: normal weight (NW, BMI <25 kg / m 2) and OW / Ob (BMI≥25 kg / m 2) Fasting plasma between the two groups and 2 hours after taking 75 grams of glucose apelin levels, at the same time, blood glucose and blood lipids were measured to calculate the BMI. Results The levels of apelin in fasting group and 2h group were significantly different (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the levels of apelin in OW / Ob subgroup of IGT group and T2DM group were higher than that of NGW OW / Ob subgroup group. BMI, FPG and SBP were independent influencing factors of plasma apelin (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Plasma apelin levels are related to Ob and T2DM.
