首先依据三维溶度参数预测了PVDF/PVA体系为部分相容,并且影响体系相容性的关键在于温度及PVA所占比例。通过共同溶剂法,及玻璃化转变温度的测定来确定该体系的相容情况,来验证理论推测的结果。实验结果表明:理论推测是正确的,PVDF/PVA共混体系为部分相容体系,随着PVDF质量分数的增加及体系温度的升高,该体系的相容性更好。
First of all, based on the three-dimensional solubility parameter, the PVDF / PVA system is predicted to be partially compatible, and the key factors affecting the compatibility of the system are the temperature and the proportion of PVA. Through the common solvent method, and the determination of the glass transition temperature to determine the compatibility of the system to verify the results of theoretical speculation. The experimental results show that the theoretical conjecture is correct and the PVDF / PVA blend system is a partially compatible system. With the increase of the mass fraction of PVDF and the increase of the system temperature, the compatibility of the system is better.
