一、引言自从六十年代初激光问世以来,人们就将激光技术用于材料加工。经过二十几年的研究与应用实践,激光加工技术得到飞速发展。目前在国外已形成一门新的加工产业。在一些工业部门正迅速改变许多传统工艺的面貌。一些先进国家制订了行之有效的长远规划和近期计划,许多国家都设立各种规模的现代化激光加工中心(站)。从原件(甚至原材料)到设计、加工、装配、调试全部配套。激光加工技术应用面广,经济效益高,正越来越受到人们的重视,在整个加工业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。当前的激光加工主要指用高功率激光对工业用零、部件进行切割、焊接、打孔、刻槽、划 I.
