本文研究了活性炭对铬的吸附作用以及pH、温度、活性炭粒度等对吸附作用的影响。建立了在pH9~10富集及在pH1洗脱的分离富集方法,结合二苯碳酰二肼比色法,可测定低至0.04μg/L水平的铬。本法精密准确,对样品8次平行测定的变异系数为7.7%,加标回收率为71.4%~90.0%,对水样的最小检出浓度为0.04μg/L。
In this paper, the adsorption of activated carbon on chromium and pH, temperature, activated carbon particle size on the adsorption effect. A method for the separation and enrichment at pH9 ~ 10 and pH1 was established. Chromium (Cr3 +) concentration as low as 0.04μg / L could be determined by diphenylcarbazide colorimetry. The method is accurate and accurate. The coefficient of variation (CV) for the eight parallel determinations of the sample is 7.7%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 71.4% to 90.0%. The minimum detectable concentration for the water samples was 0.04 μg / L.
