应用非程序DNA合成(UDS)试验对电焊烟尘的遗传毒性作了研究。受检者为上海某造船厂30名男性电焊工人和30名配对对照组工人。电焊烟尘平均浓度为4.1~8.7/。接触组血清锰和镍的浓度高于对照组。结果表明大多数电焊工人的UDS值(dpm)明显高于对照组。仅见3名电焊工人的UDS值很低。UDS值随工龄而增高,吸烟可增强电焊烟尘增高UDS的作用。
The genotoxicity of welding fume was studied using the non-programmed DNA synthesis (UDS) test. The subjects were 30 male welders and 30 matched control workers at a Shanghai shipyard. Welding fumes average concentration of 4.1 ~ 8.7 /. The concentrations of serum manganese and nickel in the exposure group were higher than those in the control group. The results show that the majority of welders UDS values (dpm) was significantly higher than the control group. Only three welders saw a low UDS value. UDS value increases with the length of service, smoking can increase the role of welding dust increased UDS.
