武钢现有四座大型高炉,总容积6951m~3。“六五”期间,高炉各项技术经济指标有较大的提高。1985年与1980年比较(见表1):在入炉矿品位及熟料率较低的条件下,利用系数仍要很大的提高,综合焦比也有所降低,生铁产量超过400万吨,满足了公司炼钢及钢材大幅度增长的需要。以上成绩的取得与矿山、料场、烧结、铁厂等单位抓技术进步、改善原料质量、搞好精料有很大关系。武钢在“六五”期间先后完成了烧结矿槽下过筛、块矿落地过筛、三烧车间烧结矿整粒以及选矿工艺和产品改革等技术措施,降低了入炉矿粉末,改善了粒度组成,提高了炉料品位和成分稳定性,为强化高炉冶炼,实现高产、优质、低耗创造了良好的炉料条件。本文就以上精料措施对冶炼的效益作一综合评述。
