本文基于Autodesk inventor软件,对船闸工程中的弧形三角闸门进行了三维设计实践,将闸门整体分解为面板系、空间刚架、端柱三大部件,每个大部件再细分成子零件进行建模,重点介绍了子零件的参数化建模、部件的装配及基于三维模型生成符合设计要求的施工图纸。实践表明,该方式能较好地进行构件定位、适应构件的反复修改,直接从三维模型生成符合设计要求的二维工程图,可供其它类似工程借鉴。
Based on the Autodesk Inventor software, this paper carried out a three-dimensional design of arc-shaped gate in ship lock engineering. The whole gate was broken down into three parts: panel system, space frame and end column. Each large component was subdivided into sub-components This paper focuses on the parametric modeling of sub-parts, the assembly of parts and the construction drawings based on the 3D model to meet the design requirements. Practice shows that this method can well locate the component and adapt to the repeated modification of the component. The 2D model can be directly generated from the 3D model and can be used for reference to other similar projects.
