足月妊娠体重增长与出生体重和分娩结局的关系

目的:探讨足月妊娠体重增长与出生体重和分娩结局的关系。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月~12月期间在平谷县妇幼保健院正常分娩的足月单胎产妇780例的临床资料。结果:产妇妊娠期增重(16.52±5.10)kg,出生体重(3 360.5±386.5)g,建议适应的出生体重在2 900~3 490 g;按照孕前体重指数低、中、高3组,推荐的妊娠期适宜增重范围分别为13.5~18.5 kg,12.5~17.5 kg和11.5~17.0 kg。结论:建议新生儿出生体重控制在2 900~3 490 g之间较为适应,孕前体重指数正常的妇女妊娠期增重应控制在15 kg左右,有利于良好的分娩结局。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between full-term pregnancy weight gain and birth weight and delivery outcome. Methods: A retrospective analysis of January 2011 to December in Pinggu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital normal delivery of full-term single-fetus 780 cases of clinical data. Results: The weight of pregnant women during pregnancy was (16.52 ± 5.10) kg, the birth weight was (3360.5 ± 386.5) g, and the recommended birth weight was 2900 ~ 3490 g. According to the groups of low, medium and high body mass index before pregnancy, The appropriate range of weight gain during pregnancy were 13.5 to 18.5 kg, 12.5 to 17.5 kg and 11.5 to 17.0 kg, respectively. Conclusion: It is suggested that the birth weight control of newborns should be more suitable between 2 900-3 490 g. The weight gain during pregnancy should be controlled at about 15 kg in pregnant women with normal body mass index, which is beneficial to good delivery outcomes.
