通过实验测量和数值模拟研究了大容量锅炉的炉内流场特性。实验测量和数值模拟的结果完全吻合 ,并得出如下结论 :大容量锅炉的炉膛出口存在由残余旋转引起的速度偏差 ;大容量锅炉的燃烧器区域的实际切圆有贴壁倾向 ;二次风反切的配风方式可有效降低炉内旋转动量流率矩的水平 ,并明显削弱了炉膛出口的残余旋转
The characteristics of flow field in a large-capacity boiler were studied by means of experimental measurements and numerical simulations. The results of the experimental and numerical simulations are in good agreement with each other and the following conclusions can be drawn: the velocity deviation caused by the residual rotation exists in the furnace outlet of the large-capacity boiler; the actual tangent in the burner area of the large- Counter-cutting air distribution method can effectively reduce the level of rotational momentum flow rate furnace furnace, and significantly weakened the residual rotation of the furnace outlet
