过敏性鼻炎为一种常见的变态反应性疾病,目前尚缺乏满意的治疗方法。笔者自1983年以来,采用“加味玉屏风散”治疗本病30例,取得一定疗效,现介绍如下。治疗方法:(1)基本方:黄芪30克,白术15克,防风10克,桂枝10克,乌梅15克,细辛4克,五味子10克,金樱子15克,路路通10克。水煎服,每日1剂。(2)加减:畏寒、肢冷者加附片10克(先煎);鼻塞、声重者加菖蒲10克,辛荑花10克;头胀、头痛加白芷10克,菊花10克;鼻甲肥大者加川穹10克,泽兰10克。治疗结果:痊愈(常年发作或遇冷即发症状消失,随访半年以上未复发)11例,有效(发作次数明显减 Allergic rhinitis is a common allergic disease and there is currently a lack of satisfactory treatment.
