油井的人工升举是一个十分广泛的课题。可供应用的方法有许多种 ,但在少数情况下仍不能获得满意的选择 ,例如在高粘或含蜡原油、高气液比、水平井和超深井等特殊情况下 ,将会产生高储层回压 ,从而导致低产量井人工升举问题。球塞气举是一种为解决上述这些问题而研制的新型人工升举方法。它采用U型双完井管柱 ,装有一个贯眼井下连接器及地面管线和控制系统。将它们组合在一起 ,可以使来自地面的低密度泡沫球产生循环和自动发送 ,用它推动所积聚的液相进入管柱。该方法是利用循环的高压气体来驱替泡沫球。该系统已成功用于巴西 5口井上 ,与普通人工升举方法相比 ,大幅度提高了产量。本文对球塞气举方法进行了介绍 ,并给出了矿场试用结果 ,同时对其技术特点经济优势及其应用进行了讨论。
Artificial lift of wells is a very broad subject. There are a number of options available, but satisfactory choices can not be obtained in a few cases. For example, in the special case of high viscosity or waxy crude oil, high gas-liquid ratio, horizontal well and ultra-deep well, Layer back pressure, resulting in low production wells artificial lift problem. Ballistic gas lift is a new artificial lifting method developed to solve these problems. It uses a U-shape dual completion string with an uphole downhole connector and ground pipeline and control system. Combining them allows the low density foam ball from the ground to be recycled and automatically sent to use it to push the accumulated liquid phase into the column. The method is the use of circulating high-pressure gas to displace the foam ball. The system has been successfully used in five wells in Brazil, significantly increasing production compared to conventional manual lifting methods. This paper introduces ballistic airlift method, and gives the result of field trial. At the same time, it discusses the economic advantages of technology and its application.
