经导管射频消融治疗房室给双径路所致的阵发性室上性心动过速5例,全部消融成功,患者均无严重并发症.射频消融时有明确成功指标,消融后经腔内导管及食道心房调搏均未诱发出室上性心动过速、无跳跃现象.随访4～16周均未复发.
Five cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia caused by dual-path pathway by catheter radiofrequency ablation were successfully ablated, all patients had no serious complications.After radiofrequency catheter ablation, there were clear and successful indicators, And esophageal atrial pacing did not induce supraventricular tachycardia, no jump phenomenon.All follow-up 4 to 16 weeks were not relapsed.
