本文研究了回溶和时效处理对47121钛合金组织性能的影响。试验结果表明:在810℃~830℃固溶处理时,β相晶拉的分布是均匀等轴的,合金具有良好的冷加工性和成型性以及适中的机械性能。经450℃左右时效后,析出细小、弥散的α相质点。由于共格应力场的产生,阻碍了位错滑移,导致了合金宏观脆断。但在520℃~550℃时效后,α相质点长大,针状α相间距变宽,最高强度达130~150公斤/毫米~2,延伸率≥8%,断面收缩率≥25%。
In this paper, the effects of solution treatment and aging treatment on microstructure and properties of 47121 titanium alloy were studied. The results show that the phase distribution of β phase is homogenous equiaxed at 810 ℃ ~ 830 ℃. The alloy has good cold workability and formability as well as moderate mechanical properties. After aging at about 450 ℃, precipitation of small, dispersed α-phase particles. As a result of the coherent stress field, hindered dislocation slip, resulting in macro brittle fracture alloy. However, after the aging at 520 ℃ ~ 550 ℃, the α-phase particles grow larger and the spacing of acicular α-phase broadens. The maximum strength reaches 130-150 kg / mm 2, the elongation is more than or equal to 8% and the reduction of area is more than or equal to 25%.
