将顶空平衡法和双通道气相色谱仪相结合,通过优化设计和实验调试,自组装集成建立了可同时测定海水中溶解态甲烷(CH4)和氧化亚氮(N2O)的新型气相色谱系统及分析方法.实验表明,该系统对CH4和N2O的测定精密度分别优于0.8%和1.0%,准确度分别优于1.5%和1.2%,满足海水中溶解态CH4和N2O浓度监测需求.实际应用表明,本系统运行稳定,数据获取效率更高,运行成本更低.基于本方法,对2013年11月北黄海表层海水中溶解态CH4和N2O开展了观测研究,结果表明该海域表层海水中溶解态CH4和N2O均呈中部海域浓度较低且较均匀,近岸海域浓度较高且变化较剧烈的分布特征.
Combining headspace equilibrium with dual-channel gas chromatography, a novel gas chromatography system capable of simultaneous determination of dissolved methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) in seawater was established through self-assembly and optimization through design optimization and experimental commissioning. The experimental results show that the precision of CH4 and N2O is better than 0.8% and 1.0%, respectively, and the accuracy is better than 1.5% and 1.2%, respectively, which meets the need of monitoring CH4 and N2O concentrations in seawater. The results show that the system is stable, the data acquisition efficiency is higher and the operation cost is lower.Based on this method, the dissolved CH4 and N2O in the surface seawater of the North Yellow Sea in November 2013 are observed and studied, and the results show that the surface dissolved in the seawater Both CH4 and N2O show the distribution characteristics of low and uniform concentrations in the central sea area and higher and more drastic changes in the coastal waters.
