一、前言口服山道年用作驱虫的经验是最普通的卫生常识.由于各地医药公司有现成的片剂出售,因此广大群众应用者至为广泛,但因口服山道年片过敏致死的报告,我们尚未见到.我院于1955年11月,曾遇到一例急诊患者,因口服山道年片而引起了严重的反应,终因急救无效,不幸死亡.死后解剖检查结果,该患者为一罕见的先天性肾上腺增殖症.为了供同道们参考起见,特报告如下: I.
