目的 研究甘露醇停搏液对未成熟心肌的保护效果。 方法 采用 2 1± 2天的健康小白兔离体心脏 ,建立离体心脏左心做功模型 ,观察 2 0 mmol/L 甘露醇停搏液对心脏缺血 12 0 min后心脏功能和超微结构的变化。 结果 甘露醇停博液组和 St.Thomas停搏液组相比较 ,其心功能恢复较好 ,冠脉流量高 ,心肌线粒体丙二醛 ( MDA)含量低 ,心肌超微结构改变轻。 结论 加入甘露醇能提高 St.Thomas停搏液对未成熟心肌的保护效果。
Objective To study the protective effect of mannitol cardioplegia on immature myocardium. Methods Isolated heart from healthy rabbits (21 ± 2 days) was used to establish left ventricular model of cardiac function. The effects of 20 mmol / L mannitol on cardiac function and ultrastructure were observed after 12 min ischemia The change. Results Compared with St.Thomas cardioplegia group, the mannitol withdrawal group had better recovery of cardiac function, higher coronary flow rate, lower content of myocardial mitochondrial malondialdehyde (MDA) and less change of myocardial ultrastructure. Conclusion The addition of mannitol can improve the protective effect of St. Thomas cardioplegia on immature myocardium.
