从明年1月1日开始正式实施了《广播电视广告播放管理暂行办法》(以下简称《办法》自9月24日由国家广电总局公布后,在业内引起不小反响。这个包括对广告内容、广告播放时间、播放形式作出严格要求的办法,涉及到广播电视媒体、广告主及广告代理商三方面的切身利益。但由于所做规定具有较强的针对性,不同级别的媒体和不同行业的广告主也是各有忧喜。
