Earlier this year, he returned to England for study tours and contacted some overseas teenagers who have known about Australia, Japan, the United States, Canada, Thailand and Hong Kong from past to last. 1 Overseas many countries and regions attach great importance to out-of-school education for young people. When there are major youth extracurricular activities, the authorities sent VIPs to attend. When Japan hosted the International Youth Science and Technology Exhibition, the Crown Prince attended the opening ceremony. When the United States held a prize-giving ceremony at Georgetown University in 1999 for 141 high school students who won the President’s Scholar Award, Clinton personally presented the prize.
