根据美国ARI标准,效率降低系数(CD)对空调季节能效比(SEER)有重要影响,本文从效率降低系数的定义入手分析了这种影响,并给出了优化空调效率降低系数的方法。在风冷单元机上用试验验证了这些方法的可行性,试验表明经过优化机组的效率降低系数比优化前降低50%以上。文中还对优化效率降低系数对整个机组的经济性进行了分析。这项研究对新型节能产品的开发有一定指导价值。
According to the American ARI standard, the efficiency reduction coefficient (CD) has an important influence on SEER. This paper analyzes the impact of the efficiency reduction coefficient and gives a method to optimize the air conditioning efficiency reduction coefficient. The feasibility of these methods is validated experimentally on air-cooled units. The tests show that the efficiency of the optimized unit is reduced by more than 50% compared with that before optimization. The article also analyzes the economic efficiency of the entire unit on the optimization efficiency reduction coefficient. This research has certain guiding value for the development of new energy-saving products.
