流式细胞术是一种能够对群体细胞进行单细胞水平的多个参数同时快速定量分析和分选的技术,其在农业领域的应用还有较大的发展空间。在动物研究中,流式细胞术的应用较为广泛,特别是在疫病检测、精子分选等方面。在植物研究中,由于细胞壁的存在,其应用一直受到限制。现有的研究主要包括倍型分析、DNA含量测定、染色体的鉴定和分选等。流式细胞术在微生物方面的研究起步相对较晚,在食品微生物中的应用仍然较为有限,而在病原微生物检测方面相对成熟。未来,流式细胞术与其他技术的结合将为农业领域的研究提供更为高效、便捷的工具、手段和平台。
Flow cytometry (FCM) is a technique that can simultaneously quantitatively analyze and sort multiple parameters at the single cell level of a group of cells. There is still much room for its application in the field of agriculture. In animal studies, the application of flow cytometry is more extensive, especially in disease detection, sperm sorting and so on. In plant research, its use has been limited due to the presence of cell walls. Existing research mainly includes double-type analysis, DNA content determination, chromosome identification and sorting. Flow cytometry in the study of microorganisms started relatively late, the application in food microorganisms is still relatively limited, and relatively mature in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms. In the future, the combination of flow cytometry and other technologies will provide more efficient and convenient tools, tools and platforms for agricultural research.
