带式输送机启动特性对驱动电机、输送带选取非常重要,为了研究带式输送机启动阶段的动态特性,应用多体动力学分析软件RecurDyn建立了带式输送机的模型。分析启动速度曲线,得出启动时尾部滚筒会滞后于驱动滚筒一段时间。启动时间为8 s时,输送带最大张力为32 845 N,滞后启动结束时刻3.5 s;启动时间为12 s时,输送带最大张力为31 843 N,滞后启动结束时刻1.5 s。因此延长启动时间可以减小输送带的动张力和缩小动张力的滞后。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor during the start-up phase, a model of the belt conveyor is established by the multi-body dynamics analysis software RecurDyn. Analysis of the start-up speed curve shows that the tail drum lags behind the drive drum for a while at start-up. When the start-up time is 8 s, the maximum tension of the conveyor belt is 32 845 N and the lag start end time is 3.5 s. When the start time is 12 s, the maximum tension of the conveyor belt is 31 843 N and the lag start end time is 1.5 s. Therefore, extending the start-up time can reduce the dynamic tension of the conveyor belt and reduce the dynamic tension of the lag.
