由于塑料工业日益发展,塑料制品的使用越来越广。医院自配制剂亦改用聚乙烯塑料瓶来分装。在分装含碘制剂后,发现药物的外观颜色变化较大。为了确保药品质量,我们对常用的几种含碘制剂的质量变化做了实验研究。一、材料和方法: 1.材料:(1)复方碘滴鼻液 (2)复方碘溶液 (3)5%碘酊 (4)碘甘油 2.方法: (1)取一定量的上述制剂,分别以Na_2S_2O_3标准液滴定至无色即为终点,计算其碘的百分含量。 (2)上述制剂分别以塑料容器分装,每瓶10ml,塑料瓶瓶口熔封,玻璃瓶密塞。室温放置,每15天测定含量一次,观察药液的外观变化并记录。二、实验结果: 经过三个月的观察,碘含量及外观变化情况见表。三、结果分析: 实验所见,4种含碘制剂存放在塑料瓶或玻璃瓶中,碘含量都有不同程度的下降,又以
