提高职务犯罪侦查效率是坚决遏制腐败的主要方式之一,当前我国借鉴前苏联的职务犯罪侦查模式——“上下对称”的侦查机构设置,已经突显其反腐败作用的有限性,不能有效打击愈发猖獗的腐败犯罪。侦查力量的分散制约了打击职务犯罪的力度,解决这一困境的基本路径是侦查职权由分散走向集中,建立以地级市反贪机构为核心,在省、中央设立相应的反贪机构负责组织协调、统一领导辖区内的反贪工作。
