1998年兵器工业标准化科研计划会于1997年12月24～26日在北京召开。国防科工委标准计量局程旭辉参谋、兵器工业总公司军品局贾丽娜处长及军用标准化中心刘云集高工出席了开幕式,并分别做了讲话。开幕式由兵器工业标准化研究所副所长麦绿波同志主持,兵器工业标准化研究所所长熊开国同志做了1998年兵器工业标准化科研计划会报告。熊所长在报告中对1997年间武器装备“三化”工作,标准制、修订工作,重大科研项目的完成情况,基础性研究课题的完成情况及标准化信息管理和服务工作,兵器行业标准化的管理工作,民品标准化工作的完成情况作了简要总结;对1998年标准化工作做了初步设想及安排。熊所长强调1998年要加强军用标准化法规
In 1998, the Ordnance Industry Standardization Scientific Research Plan was held in Beijing from December 24th to 26th, 1997.
