我国核燃料循环标准化发展战略研究

核燃料循环标准化是核燃料循环产业安全发展、创新发展的重要支撑,特别是在我国进入高质量发展阶段期间,标准化作用显得尤为重要,开展核燃料循环标准化发展战略研究对支撑我国核工业强国建设具有重要战略意义。本文系统分析了国内外核燃料循环标准化的发展现状,从工作机制、发展平衡性、引领作用、保障能力等方面剖析了我国核燃料循环标准化亟待解决的关键问题,并据此提出了今后的主要任务和相关对策建议。研究指出,我国核燃料循环标准化工作今后的七项重点任务为:补齐核燃料循环后段标准短板、加大关键核心技术标准研制、加强先进标准研制、强
