采用平衡不完全区组设计,对文冠果主要分布区WQ、KD和YX三个地区优树子代进行测定和选择。苗高、地径等性状在家系间差异显著。苗高和地径家系遗传力和单株遗传力最高均为YX子代,最低均为KD子代。子代表型变异系数均高于遗传变异系数。苗高和地径都是YX遗传变异系数大。表型变异系数都是KD最高,WQ最低。选出优良家系29个。1512号家系地径遗传增益最大(27.30%)。5061号苗高遗传增益最大(77.33%)。地径和苗高平均遗传增益为14.12%和12.52%。子代中选出29个优良单株,平均地径4.33mm,苗高44.11cm,平均遗传增益分别为26.02%和19.18%。这些优良家系和单株可作为优良种质资源筛选提供材料。
By using incompletely grouped block design, the elite progeny of WQ, KD and YX in the main distribution area of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were measured and selected. Seedling height, diameter and other traits in the pedigree significant differences. The heritability and heritability of seedling height and diameter were the highest in YX progeny, and the lowest were KD progeny. The coefficient of variation of sub-representative type is higher than the coefficient of genetic variation. The seedling height and diameter are all large coefficients of genetic variation of YX. Phenotypic variation coefficient is the highest KD, WQ lowest. Elected 29 excellent families. The genetic gain of 1512 was the highest (27.30%). The highest genetic gain of 5061 seedling height (77.33%). The average genetic gain of ground diameter and seedling height was 14.12% and 12.52% respectively. Out of the offspring, 29 excellent individuals were selected, with an average diameter of 4.33 mm and a height of 44.11 cm. The average genetic gain was 26.02% and 19.18% respectively. These excellent families and individuals can be used as a screening source for good germplasm resources.
