天然气中二氧化碳的存在,将造成设备和管道的腐蚀而影响工艺安全,且二氧化碳含量过高会导致天然气热值无法达到规定要求,不能满足商品天然气技术指标要求。介绍了目前常用的天然气脱碳处理工艺方法,分析对比活性MDEA法、膜分离法、低温分离法三种脱碳技术的优缺点。结合实际经验以及气田原料气气体组分和产品气质量要求,采用单纯胺法一级脱碳工艺,即活性MDEA法和膜分离法相结合,优化了苏里格气田天然气脱碳处理的工艺技术,对实际推广应用具有一定参考意义。
The presence of carbon dioxide in natural gas will cause equipment and pipeline corrosion and affect the process safety. And the high carbon dioxide content will lead to the natural gas calorific value fail to meet the requirements and can not meet the technical requirements of natural gas products. The commonly used decarburization process of natural gas is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of three decarburization technologies, comparative active MDEA, membrane separation and cryogenic separation, are analyzed. Combining with the practical experience and gas composition of raw gas and product gas quality requirements of the gas field, the primary decarburization process of pure amine method, that is, the combination of active MDEA method and membrane separation method was adopted to optimize the process technology of decarbonization of natural gas in Sulige gas field, The actual promotion of a certain reference value.
