我厂自1972年开展锌焙砂高温高酸浸出试验以来,遵照实践、认识、再实践、再认识,循序渐进的原则,本着节约、挖潜、改造现有流程的精神,从小型、中型到大型,从间断到连续,从铁矾法到针铁矿法再回到铁矾法,几经反复,终于摸索到一些规律,找到了适合我厂进行工艺改造的流程,并对铁矾法进行了半工业性全流程试验,1977年9月又采用热酸浸出简化流程投入生产,以考察热酸浸出对净化、电积过程的影响和设备材质的耐酸耐温性能。
